1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb mixed tomatoes, (cut into wedges)
8 oz strawberries, (cut into halves)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil leaves,
1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves,
In a small ball, mix vinegar and olive oil.
In a large bowl, add your tomatoes and strawberries. Pour your salad dressing on top and drizzle some salt and pepper. Combine everything.
When you want to serve, sprinkle some basil and mint on top and toss.
