Sautéed Pineapple

​9 ounces pineapple 

1 tablespoon Erythritol 

¼ cup fresh freshly squeezed lemon juice

​3 tablespoons water 

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 teaspoon peanut oil

​½ teaspoon paprika

Directions:  

Peel the pineapple and cut it into the cubes. Put the peanut oil in pressure to achieve success cooker.  Add pineapple cubes, set the load cooker to ”Sauté” mode, and sauté the fruit for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add Erythritol, freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, cinnamon, and paprika. Blend a combination gently. Close the lid and sauté the pineapple mixture for 7 minutes. When the cooking time ends, take away the pineapple using the liquid from pressure cooker. Serve it warm or chilled.
