Melted Cabbage Wedges

Prep time: 10 minutes |Cooking time: 25 minutes |Servings: 8 

Ingredients: 

10 ounces cabbage 

3 tablespoons tomato paste 

1 cup chicken stock 

1 teaspoon butter

1 sweet bell pepper

​¼ cup sour cream 

1 teaspoon cilantro 

1 teaspoon basil 

1 medium yellow onion 

Directions:  

Wash the cabbage and work to the wedges. Place the cabbage wedges into pressure cooker. Combine the chicken stock, butter, tomato paste, sour cream, cilantro, and basil together inside a mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Peel the onion and take away seeds out of your bell pepper. Chop the vegetables. Add the chopped vegetables inside cabbage wedges mixture. Add chicken stock sauce and mix well employing a wooden spoon or spatula. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook the dish on ”Pressure” mode for 25 minutes. When the cooking time ends, open the worries cooker lid and let the amalgamation rest briefly. Do not stir it. Transfer the dish to serving plates.
