For the cukes:

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 tsp salt

For the dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper

How:

Slice up your cukes into half moon shapes and toss them with the salt. Let ’em sit for 15 minutes to draw out any bitterness. Rinse and pat dry.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Sriracha, red pepper flakes, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.

Pour this spicy dressing all over the cucumber slices and mix it up real good with your hands.

Then just grab a fork and dive right in! The cool crunch of the cukes paired with that punchy dressing is crave-worthy. It’ll have your guests’ tastebuds singin’.

Between the spice, tang, and garlic, these cucumbers totally break out of veggie platter mundanity. Your new go-to app is right here. Trust me, once you try this crazy good combo, plain cucumbers will never do!
