Time: 35 minutes        Servings: 6

When you feel hungry and you don’t know what to make, this easy recipe is the right choice for you. It is quickly made and the taste is very scrumptious.

You can have it on your own and store the rest, if there is anything left. Or, you can have it with your friends and share this joy with them.

This cheeseburger pizza is far from being dry. The combination between the sauce and the cheese makes it very soft. One of the things are amazing about this recipe is that it give you the freedom to choose any toppings that you like.

I have proposed some of the toppings you can use in the ingredient below, but they remain optional.

1 tube of pre-made pizza dough

1 pound ground beef

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup ketchup

2 tbsp mustard

2 cups Cheddar Cheese, freshly shredded

Toppings (Optional) :

  • Pickles
  • Onions
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes

Start by heating the oven to 375 degrees F.

Take a cast iron skillet and place the dough in the bottom with the dough up on the sides of the skillet.

Place another skillet over medium high heat. Add your ground beef, crumble and onions. Cook these ingredients until the ground beef is no longer ping and the onions are soft.

Drain the excess fat from the skillet.

Combine ketchup and mustard in a small bowl and spread the mix on the dough in the skillet.

Add some shredded cheese on top of the sauce.

Layer your ground beef and onion evenly over the cheese.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.

You can add any topping that you like after removing the skillet from the oven.

Let it cool for 5 minutes before you serve. Yum!!

  • You can make your own homemade dough.
  • It is preferable to use mustard and ketchup instead of pizza sauce. It is mainly a cheeseburger after all.
  • You can use any mix of meats that you prefer.
