Beef and Noodles Home-style

Beef and Noodles is a very flavourful dish that you can make for you and your loved ones for dinner. This recipe takes 20 minutes to prepare, but it takes 1hour and 30 minutes to cook. If you are expecting guests, you can start preparing this dish 2 hours before they come.

This way you will serve it while it’s still warm.

Although it takes an hour and a half to cook, you don’t need to stay in the kitchen while it’s cooking. On the other hand, if you would like to prepare other dishes for the entrée or/ and desserts, it gives you time to do so.

This meal is very tasty; you and your guests would love and enjoy every bite from it.




  • 3 tbsp. of Olive Oil
  • 3 lbs. of Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 tsp. of minced Garlic
  • 1 large Onion Wedges
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • ½ tbsp. Dijon
  • ⅛ cup Steak Sauce
  • ½ tbsp. Horseradish
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Packet French Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 tbsp. Cold Water
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 8 oz. sliced Mushrooms
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 Bag Egg Noodles




Place a large pot over medium high heat. Add oil. Leave it until it’s hot. Sear the beef.

Add in the butter and Garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.

Add in the onion, steak sauce, Dijon, beef broth, horseradish, onion soup mix and salt and pepper. Stir everything.

Bring these ingredients to boil. Reduce the heat, cover the pot and let it cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

In another pot, cook the egg noodles and drain.

Mix cold water and cornstarch together and pour it into the pot.

Also, Add the egg noodles and mushrooms to the pot.

Let everything cook until the mushrooms are soft and the sauce is thick.
