Tator tots are small pieces of potatoes shredded with an outer crispy and crunchy layer with a sweet and sweet taste. They’re not just delicious, but they are also easy to cook since they are already prepared ! What could be more simple ?

Let’s discuss the base of ground beef. There’s ground beef and corn, as well as nacho cheese (who could resist that isn’t it? ) as well as taco seasoning. The nacho cheese helps keep everything super moist , which means you don’t need to worry about your filling getting dry in the baking.

Sprinkle with cheese shredded to add a gooey layer. It can also act as a glue that helps keep the Tater Tot Casserole in place !

2 lbs. Ground beef

1 Package taco seasoning

1 Can corn drained

1 Can nacho cheese soup

32 oz. Bag of frozen tater tots

1 1/2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

The oven should be preheated to 350°F.

Place the ground beef in an enormous skillet set over medium-high heat on your stove. Saute until the meat is thoroughly brown. Remove any fat that is not needed.

The heat is reduced to a simmer and mix into Taco seasoning. Cook for about 2 minutes.

Mix in the soup and corn to blend. Cook for another couple of minutes.

Place the meat mix in the center of the greased 9×13 baking dish.

Then, top the mix with Tater tots in an uniform layer.
