What type of crab do I use in this recipe for crab salad? I’m using imitation crab meat often known as Krab or meat from krab. Don’t believe that because it’s not actually crab meat, it isn’t an actual piece of seafood. This is the reason why users refer to it to be Seafood Salad.
I actually loved making this recipe to the point that I turned it into a sandwich of crab salad to eat. My husband enjoyed it on lettuce leaves and the cherry tomatoes. If you’re able to enjoy this recipe, especially if used to eat it as a child it will transport you to those childhood memories. I would recommend the crab-based sandwich however It was delish!.
It’s an excellent opening act to any seafood-based meal, and it makes an excellent snack or an appetizer.
