Ingredients
2 (14 ounce) cans sauerkraut, undrained (or 1 (2 pound) bag)
five or six potatoes cut in large chunks
1 cup of water
1 1 pound Polish sausage Cut into pieces (could make use of smoked sausage)
Caraway seeds, 1 teaspoon
1 leaf from a bay
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
Put potatoes and sauerkraut in the slow cooker .
Add water and spices. Put sausage on top .
Cook for 4 hours on high or approximately six hours on low, or until the potatoes are soft .
