Ingredients:
1-pound Enoki mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon using using apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup water to cook
Directions:
Slice the mushrooms roughly make inside cooker. Add water and salt. Close and seal the lid. Cook the vegetables on High-pressure mode for 9 minutes. Then allow natural pressure release. Open the lid and drain water. Transfer the mushrooms in the bowl. Sprinkle them while using the sesame seeds, canola oil, apple cider vinegar treatment,paprika, butter, and lemon zest. Mix up well.
