This is an excellent dinner for a busy weeknight or any time. I cooked it over night in the fridge, then refrigerated it, and then cooked it again. It was served to small group of friends and everyone loved it. The bouillon had enough sodium to my liking, which is why I didn’t add any additional salt. There was no reason to add more cornstarch because the broth was rich and thick. It will be repeated.
It was delicious! With only a handful of ingredients, I was awestruck by the result. Steak was delicious and tender and reminded me of something my mom and I did with me as a child. It brought back amazing memories. I believe that my mother would have called it “Swiss Bliss” “… It’s delicious. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe for crockpots. I’ll definitely try this recipe again. Was wonderful. ~V
