Baked Italian Chicken Dinner Recipe


One pan baking Italian Chicken and Vegetables – simple and nutritious family evening meal. It can be prepared in less than one hour. It takes only 10 minutes to prepare and the baking time is 30 mins. Chicken Breasts are marinated with basil, and then topped with veggieslike artichokes, tomatoes and zucchini. Roast the Italian chicken in a casserole dish, and then top it with Mozzarella cheese.

I love artichokes and they are great in dishes for dinner. I like using them to make Italian ravioli as well as to make a chicken bake with artichoke. My most-loved recipes always include lots of vegetables. This easy weeknight dinner is no different.

Baked Italian Chicken

This is a recipe that can be made in one pot. Simply combine all the ingredients in a pan (casserole dish) and bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes!

cooking spray

1 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into cubes

1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli

4 potatoes, diced

1/4 cup butter that has been melted

1 (.7 ounce) package Italian dressing mix


Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F (175 to 175 C). Spray a baking dish 13×9 inches using cooking spray.

Spread chicken pieces, broccoli and potatoes into the baking dish, if you wish. Sprinkle butter over the all the ingredients of your dish, and add seasoning using it with the Italian salad dressing.

Bake in oven that is preheated to cook the chicken and the potatoes are tender between 45 and 60 minutes.
