Ingredients

2 to 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2-4 slices Swiss or Mozzarella cheese

Powder of Garlic (to taste)

Powder of onion (to taste)

Paprika (to flavor)

Italian spices (to taste)

Black pepper and salt

8 asparagus spears, cut

1/4 cup Panko bread Crumbles (optional)

Directions

The oven should be heated to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

Place chicken breasts into a an insulated freezer bag with a resealable the top. The chicken should be firmly pounded using the smooth side that of a mallet until the same thickness, approximately 1/4 inch.

Sprinkle each piece the dish with onions powder italian seasoning, paprika seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Set 4 spears of asparagus in the middle of a breast of chicken, then sprinkle cheese on top.

Repeat the process with the second breast of chicken, then wrap the chicken in the asparagus and cheese to create rolls. String the rolls together or toothpicks.

Place the rolls seam side down in the baking dish and then sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven that is preheated until the juices are clear when you poke them with a fork. This should take about 25 minutes.
