INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
2/3 cup (5 fl.-oz. bottle) NESTLE(r) CARNATION(r) evaporated milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups (9 oz.) NESTLE(r) TOLL HOUSE(r) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
Line the baking pan with 8-inch foil.
Combine sugar evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a medium heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a complete boiling point over medium heat, constantly stirring. Stir constantly for between 4 and 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
SPRAY marshmallows and morsels nuts , and vanilla extract. Mix vigorously for about 1 minutes or so until the marshmallows have melting. Pour into baking pan Refrigerate up to 2 hours, or till it is firm. Remove from pan and remove foil. Cut into 48 pieces.

SUBSTITUTE 1 2/3 cups (11-oz. pkg.) NESTLE(r) TOLL HOUSE(r) Butterscotch Flavored Morsels for Semi-Sweet Morsels.
FOR PEANUTTY CHOCOLATE FUDGE:
SUBSTITUTE 1 2/3 cups (11-oz. pkg.) NESTLE(r) toll HOUSE(r) Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels for Semi-Sweet Morsels and 1/2 cup chopped nuts for walnuts or pecans.
