It’s a salad, or dessert? You decide. The Orange Creamsicle Salad is an classic. It’s been in use for a long time! My family has it typically served at events like Christmas or Thanksgiving dinners. It’s soft, sweet, creamy and delicious.

Another term for it would be Dairy Salad. It doesn’t sound appealing to me, so I prefer the way we refer to it.

1 box orange Jell-O 1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup boiling water 1 cup boiling
1 cup cold water
1 Cool Whip 8oz.
1 can mandarin oranges 14 oz. Drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
In a large dish mixes the orange Jell-O with boiling water.
Whisk until Jell-o has dissolved.
Pour cold water in and let it cool for 15 mins in refrigerator.
Whisk in the vanilla pudding mixture until it is smooth and then chill for an additional 15 minutes or until the mix is slightly thicker.
Incorporate Cool Whip Mandarin Oranges and marshmallows
