This is an amazing potato salad!! I’m feeding many people, so I increased up..did 5 lbs. of red potatoes and included the peelings of the potatoes in the mix. Also, I utilized yellow along with green onions. I doubled the ingredients. Accidentally, I bought the Walmart Sweet relish brand, and it was amazing tasting!
