No Bake Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Pie

This can be stored in the refrigerator to keep it warm on a rainy or cold day. This is perfect for days when you are craving a slice of pie and want something delicious and gooey.



1 1/4 cups salted pretzels

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup brown sugar


1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup 35 percent whipping cream, whipped


3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate

2 cups 35 percent whipping cream

Choco shavings are optional


The first step is to prepare the crust by pulsing the pretzels in a food processor until you get a fine, dry texture.

Combine the pretzel crumbs with the brown sugar and butter in a large bowl. Mix it with your hands or a spoon.

Spread the mixture onto a plate.

Cover the top and place it in the refrigerator

Make the filling by combining the peanut butter cream cheese and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix it until smooth.

Then, fold the whipped cream in there. Next, place the filling in the chilled pie shell. Spread it out evenly so that everything is well mixed together.

Cover it and place in the refrigerator

To make chocolate whipped topping, you will first need to combine the whipped cream with the chocolate. Next, place the double broiler at a medium heat setting. Mix this mixture until it is completely melted. Take it out and put it in the refrigerator.

Once the chocolate has cooled, cover it. Once the chocolate is cooled, add it to a bowl and beat with a mixer until it is smooth and spreadable. Do not overmix.

Cover the pie with the whipped cream and top it with chocolate shavings.

You can either serve it immediately or refrigerate the entire thing for a few hours.
