INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pkg.Of Fudge Brownie Mix.
  • 2 Pkgs.Of Miniature Reeses.
  • 4 Cups.Of Cold Milk; preferably 2%.
  • 2 Pkgs.Of instant vanilla pudding.
  • 1 Cup.Of creamy Peanut butter.
  • 4 Tsps.Of Vanilla extract.
  • 2 cans.Of 8-oz.Cool Whip, thawed

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare the brownie batter according to the directions in the package. Pour the brownie batter into a buttered or greased 12x9inc pan.
  2. Turn on the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the brownie for 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. When the brownie is fully baked, place it on a wire rack to cool.
  4. Slice it into 3 quarter inch thick slices once it is cooled.
  5. Half the peanut butter cups and place them aside to use as garnish.
  6. Beat the pudding with milk for a minute or two in a large bowl until you obtain a thick consistency.
  7. Mix in vanilla extract and peanut butter. Combine well.
  8. Add in 1 ½ cups of whipped topping and mix again.
  9. In a glass dish that holds 5 quarts, put 1/3 of the brownies. Add the remaining peanut butter cups over it and top with 1/3 of the pudding.
  10. Repeat the process until you obtain many layers.
  11. At the end, add the remaining topping and place the previously kept peanut butter cups on top.
  12. Chill this dessert in the fridge for few minutes.
  13. Serve and enjoy!

 

How to serve?

  This treat is served in a large glass bowl. Cut pieces in each person’s plate.

The longer it stays in the fridge, the better it tastes. If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
