You’ll Need:
16 oz of stewed beef meat.
2 bell peppers from each.
1. Vegetable oil.
3 tbsp. Of Worcestershire sauce.
1 teaspoon minced garlic.
One can beef stock.
One can stewed tomato.
1 Seasonal salt.
1 all-purpose flour.
How to:
Mix in a bowl the flour and seasoning with salt. Coat the meat in the flour mixture.
In a pan, heat the oil, then add the meat minced garlic and bell peppers (cut into strips) and cook until the meat begins to turn brown.
Remove the peppers and meat from the skillet and place them in a slow cooker that is lined, leaving the grease in the slow cooker.
In the same skillet that we cooked the meat add the stewed tomatoes, along with juice, and add 1 can of beef broth to the oil.
Incorporate the flour slowly while stirring until you create a gravy. Pour it on top of the cooked meat that you have in your slow cooker.
Cover the pot and cook it with a lid for about 8 hours on low.
