On the other hand, if you have guests coming for dinner in your house or you are throwing a special party, this recipe is for you.
These crispy chicken fitters are tender from the inside and very crispy from the outside. This combination in texture gives a unique balance to these appetizers. You can have them alone or you can dip in any sauce that you like and you think it will go greatly with these chicken fitters. They are easily made and they take only few minutes to put together.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 25 oz. Canned Chicken Breast (don’t forget to drain it)
- ⅛ tsp dried Thyme
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Large Egg
- ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt And Pepper
- Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend together the mustard, canned chicken, thyme, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, egg, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Place the patties to the hot oil. Fry them until they are crispy and brown.
- Place over a plate covered with paper to remove the excess oil.
- Serve with your favourite sauce if desired. Enjoy.
