Let’s learn how to make crescent cheese danishes! You will only need 9 ingredients. Mainly, you will need crescent roll tubes for the base crust, filling and glaze. It is optional to add flavoured filling on top. You can use strawberries or cherries. You are free. Everything is prepared within 10 minutes. Then, you place the danishes in the oven to bake for less than 20 minutes and voila your crescent cheese danishes are aready.

The texture of these danishes is very fluffy; especially with the crescent rolls’ dough. When it is baked, it is crispy and puffy. We make a hole in the slices of the crescent rolls before baking them to make room for the filling. The latter makes the danishes very creamy; giving them a chessecake-y texture and taste. We chose a basic vanilla taste with a teaspoon of lemon juice for the filling in order to add any flavour filling on top. These creamy danishes can basically go with everything you serve them with.

  1. Any chance there is a video of preparation? Directions aren’t very clear on “slicing the crescents with a sharp knife” and pressing. Are you slicing the rolled up right from the tube crescents? Eight equal slices? Ingredients say 2 tubes so wouldn’t this make 16 portions? Very confusing.
