Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken – A Heavenly Pairing

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

Four boneless skinless breasts of chicken cutlets.

About 4-5 teaspoons Italian dry bread crumbs seasoned with salt

Half teaspoon powdered garlic

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of lemon pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven until 400° F.

Small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder as well as parmesan cheese.

Then, moisten the chicken breasts with water before placing them on a baking sheets (I cover my sheet of baking with parchment so that clean-up is easy)

Distribute the mayonnaise mix evenly across the chickens, placing it on sides of every piece and sprinkle it with pepper and salt to taste.

Bake for about 15 minutes, take chicken out of the oven and sprinkle breadcrumbs on each chicken breast.

Return to oven for another twenty minutes, or till the chicken is cooked to perfection and juices are clear.

The tops will be crispy and chicken will be extremely succulent.

You can finish them with a broiler for a few minutes to ensure they are browned on the top.

Serve it with a vegetable like the delicious fresh broccoli I steam.

Add a pinch of fresh parsley if you want.
