INGREDIENTS:
8 husked large ears sweet corn,
8 bacon strips,
2 tablespoons of chili powder.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Take each ear of sweet corn and wrap it with a bacon strip.
Sprinkle hot chili on top.
Place the wrapped corns on a heavy-duty foil.
Twist the ends of the foil to secure and make handles.
Grill over medium heat for 25 minutes until the corn is tender and bacon is cooked.
Serve immediately.
