What kind of steak should I choose?

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
One large onion finely chopped
1 . Large green pepper thinly chopped
1/2 pound fresh cut steak
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground garlic powder
Salt and pepper according to your preference
1 – 12 packs of buns made from sweet bread
6-slices of provolone cheese
1 tablespoon of butter, melted
1 tablespoon of dry the thyme (not ground)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet prepare oil, then add the green peppers and onions. Cook on medium-high temperatures, stirring often until onions and peppers have been softened.
Then, add the shaved steak and Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder as well as the salt and pepper. The steak is cooked and break it apart using two forks in order to stop the meat from becoming clumpy. The steak should be cooked until it is not colored red. Place the pan on the table.
Cut the sweet rolls horizontally, making sure to keep the 12 packs of buns in place. Place them on a baking sheet. Spread the steak mixture over the bottom of the buns. Spread it equally. Sprinkle cheese slices on top and the top of the buns.
Mix in a bowl the melted butter, dried thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Apply the butter mixture liberally on top of buns.
Sliders should be placed in the oven to bake for 17-20 minutes or until tops of the buns have turned golden and the cheese is melt. Serve and enjoy!
