I think people are thinking… “How do I make this pecan Upside-Down Bundt Cake by hand? It’s gorgeous and is similar to a dessert and pecan pie together!”
Actually, two of those are valid. It looks pretty and it’s like an apple pie and cake combined, but there is a way to make it. I’ll reveal an undiscovered secret: the recipe is made with an already-made cake mix, which means that a lot of the work is accomplished for you!
The soft, moist and not too sweet cake base goes well together with the crunchy and nutty pecan pie topping that resembles a filling to make a match by heaven. And, of course, the reverse!
One yellow cake mix 1 packet with instant vanilla pudding. 3 eggs, 1/2 cup oil. 1 cup of water. Mix.
In a bundt pan, rectangular or oval spray with baking spray. Melt one stick of butter however, put the butter that has been melted in a pan. In the pan, cover the bottom with brown sugar. place pecans on top of the brown sugar and butter.
Sprinkle cake mix over the top of the pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Bundt pan takes 45 minutes. Cool it before transferring it to a plate.
