Indian Tacos and I go quite a ways back. I think I first had one when my mom could give it to me. The only downside was that I didn’t have this more often than per every year, at the State Fair! One of the biggest reasons to go to the Fair is the variety of “once every year” food items they offer. Corn Dogs, Candy Apples and Indian Tacos were always among my top choices.
I’m aware that many State Fairs do not include Indian Tacos. Indian Tacos. If you’ve never tried one, I’d recommend comparing it to the finest Taco Salad in a shell you’ve ever had and add a lot of bread!
