Simple to alter, an all-family meal that everyone will enjoy.
I’m pretty sure that my love of the slow cooker has become well-known (well at least, in my household). It’s definitely one of my top kitchen appliances. It’s on par along with the stand mixer. It’s the busy mom and busy worker as well as a the perfect cook for beginners. It can take a difficult cut of meat as I’m making to make the following Crock Pot Cubed Steak with Gravy recipe and transform it into a tender plate .
Crock pot Cube Steak cooked in Gravy is among my favorites comfort food items. I love cube steaks but the work that goes into cooking country-fried steak is too much hassle and time I don’t have .
This was a breeze to make. The recipe was followed exactly as described, however I made a mix of all the ingredients and added them to the pot right at the beginning of cooking. I also made use of olive oil instead vegetable oil since that’s the oil I purchase. This resulted in tender cube steaks that tasted delicious. Growing during the 1970s and 1980s, my husband’s mom cooked cube steaks regularly and he still adores the cube steaks even to this day. As we’re now living in Georgia with humid and hot temperatures all year, I’ll use my slow cooker much more frequently in an effort to not heat up the kitchen. This recipe will be on the regular rotation. A recipe that is better as it cooks without me being involved this is the kind of recipe that I’ll be looking for. It lets me feed my boys’ never-ending need for food and still complete my tasks! In addition I never go outside and assist with the garden unless it’s nice! Yes I’m a fair weather worker, and I manage it as I’m constantly working in the farm to complete in the home !
