Ingredients
1 lb fresh shrimp deveined and peeled
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp of salt, or according to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper , or according to your preference
2 tsp of granulated garlic
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup of whole milk
oil, used for cooking
Instructions
Mix the milk with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oregano and 1 tsp the paprika powder, 1 tsp of crushed garlic, as well as shrimp into the bowl in a large container and let it rest for 10 minutes.
The all purpose flour should be seasoned with the rest of the salt, paprika and oregano, garlic granulated and black pepper.
The shrimp should be removed from the liquid, and coat thoroughly with the flour that has been seasoned. Be sure to coat the shrimp completely with plenty of the seasoned flour. It should be impossible for the shrimp to be seen underneath the flour.
Cook the shrimp for 3-4 mins or until they are crispy in the oil. It should take at 350 degrees F.
Take the shrimp out of the oil and set it on a plate covered with paper towels.
Serve immediately and then enjoy.
