Grab yourself a flower pot from Home Depot or Lowe’s, some craft paint and let’s get to creating this amazing designer dupe for under
First things first, take a trip down to your local Home Depot or Lowe’s to find yourself this beautiful clay pot usually two sizes are available which are a 21 in. and a 14 in. which is what I used for this project!
- Keep in mind, these pots are extremely heavy and could potentially scuff your furniture if you don’t attach some furniture pads underneath.
- Paint supplies is all purchased from Hobby Lobby, I’ve mentioned each product brand name, color, and finish in each step.
- Wipe down pot completely with a rag before applying paint.
Step 1: with a soft bristle brush cover the entire pot with one coat of this craft paint (pictured above) Ceramcoat Brand in the color Jute.
