In the case of candy bars, everybody has their favorite brands that they’ll keep for the duration of time. We don’t mind branching out from time to time however, once you’ve discovered your favorites, you’ll have an urge to stay with them, surely? If you’re already enthralled by the ingredients and flavors of your favorite foods it’s only natural to try to replicate the same flavor in other recipes! With all of that in mind, we made our own Pay Day bars so that we’d have the treat to go to whenever our peanut butter and peanut cravings strike…and man, are we grateful we created these!
They not only taste as the real thing, However, they’re super simple to make. All you require is six ingredients, and the stove or microwave. The peanut butter chips and butter in a pan before heating them until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Then all you need to do is add the sweetened condensed dairy and vanilla extract, and mix the marshmallows until they’re smooth. Pour half the yummy mixture into an 8×9-inch baking dish and sprinkle the other some salted nuts into the middle. Then, pour the remainder of the peanut marshmallow mix over the top, sprinkle any remaining peanuts on top of the smoothed-out top layer. Easy breezy!
The dish is ready within a matter of minutes. Before you realize it the bars are ready and ready to cut and eaten. This is a non-bake recipe that means you can prepare it at any time of the year , without turning on the oven or heat the kitchen, which can be the worst in summer which means you can satisfy that sweet tooth in a short time. What’s not to like? ?
