The cookie and ground beef base tastes just like fries and beef in a regular taco salad and the toppings give it the same taste as the fries and beef in a regular taco salad. You can add all the ingredients you like, but we usually add sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives!
6 cups of corn tortilla chips
2 cups of vegetarian chili with beans
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups of shredded lettuce
2 small slices (virgin) roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
½ cup of salsa
¼ cup sour cream
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place fries in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Pour the chili directly from the can over the fries. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
