What to make Hamburger Soup?
I can assure you that the majority of my soup recipes are the result of things in my fridge, freezer and pantry to make use of. I was desperate to use up the potatoes I had prior to our trip for trip to America. States for Christmas. I found some beef ground in the freezer as well as always the frozen veggies.Well there it was. This creamy hamburger and potato soup resulted from my purge of my pantry and freezer. It’s easy.

Then, you add all the veggies and spices ( not dairy products!) and let it cook to perfection in the slow cooker for hours and break in the meat into soft meat, and the potatoes into soft velvety perfection.
Creamy Potato and Hamburger Soup Recipe Made in the Crockpot
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 large white onion peel and cut into dices
1 clove of garlic chopped large
6 . Cups of Chicken Broth
Six cups of peeled and diced Russet potatoes
Two cups of your most-loved frozen mix of vegetables
3 teaspoons of dried basil
Two teaspoons of dried parsley 2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
8 ounces Velveeta cheese cubed
Instructions
In a large skillet , fry in the onions and beef ground until they are soft and the ground meat is has browned. Remove the fat.
Cook the garlic until it is browned and fragrant. Add the beef and beef mix into the stockpot or crockpot on the stove.
Incorporate the broth, potatoes vegetables, basil, and parsley.
In the crockpot, cook at low for 6-8 hours On high for 3-4 hours or in the oven until potatoes become soft and begin to disintegrate.
Mix the cornstarch with the milk, and then whisk it into the soup. Then add the Velveeta and allow it to melt, mixing it in frequently. Once it’s completely melted then pour into bowls and serve.
