Flour Mix:

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp White Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder

 

Beer Batter:

  • 1 (8 Ounces) Can Of Beer
  • 1 Package of Louisiana Chicken Fry Batter Mix

 

For frying :

  • 8 cups Vegetable Oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour mix ingredients with a whisk. Set aside.
  2. In another medium bowl, Whisk the Louisiana chicken fry batter mix with beer.
  3. In a heavy pot, pour in the 8 cups of vegetable oil. Place it over a stove and heat the oil until it reaches a temperature between 360 degrees and 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Add in the chicken to the flour mix. Make sure that the latter covers your chicken tenders.
  5. Then, dip the chicken in the batter mix. It should cover the whole chicken tender.
  6. Place it in the heated oil and fry.
  7. Once it is golden brown, transfer the chicken tender to a plate with paper towel to remove any excess oil.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

 

Notes:
