INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 sleeves (about 75 crackers) of Ritz crackers,
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place a large saucepan on heat.
- Add in the graham cracker crumbs with white sugar, brown sugar, butter and milk and combine.
- Allow it to boil while constantly stirring then cook it for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Grease a 9×13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread one layer of Ritz Crackers. Add half of the graham cracker mixture on top.
- Add another layer of Rits Crackers and distribute the rest of the graham cracker mixture.
- Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl.
- Put your microwave on low. Place your bowl there and stir from time to time. Be careful not to overcook the chocolate so as not to burn it.
- Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture on top of graham cracker mixture..
- Put the baking pan in the fridge to chill.
- One it is firm, cut into candy bars and enjoy!
