We make celery juice by using 2 ingredients only; celery and apples. This takes3 main steps only. We start by washing celery thoroughly making sure to remove any dirt on the inside and the surface. We press it through the fountain juicer. We acknowledge that the taste of celery alone can be a little bit difficult to consume. In order to add natural sweetness to this juice, we add apples. This fruit addition remains totally optional. We add them only to make the taste a little bit more pleasing. We top the juice with some ice cubes to make it more refreshing.

Second, celery contains antioxidants which lead to reducing the LDL and high cholesterol levels.
