People from different ages enjoy having burgers. In this recipe, we are going to introduce how to make very tasty burgers with no energy and efforts wasted.

 

Steakhouse Burgers are very easy to make in few minutes only. Once you decide to make these burgers, you will serve them on your table in less than 30 minutes. What’s also great about this recipe is that we are making 8 portions. This makes it a family meal; you can have it with your loved ones for lunch or dinner. The texture of these burgers are very moist on the inside thanks to the special ingredients mixed with ground beef. These burgers are also crispy on the outside because we toast the buns on the cooled grill. You can serve these amazing burgers with grilled baby potatoes with mustard and herbs or fresh corn salad with scallions and basil. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pieces white sandwich bread,
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 2½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 minced garlic cloves,
  • 1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 pounds of 80 to 85% lean ground beef
  • 3 finely sliced scallions, white and green parts,
  • 8 hamburger buns

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Remove the crust of the bread and cut it into ¼ inch pieces.
  2. Prepare the grill by heating on high heat.
  3. Mash the milk and bread in a large bowl with a fork.
  4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Combine well.
  5. Break the ground beef and scallions with your hands. Combine everything.
  6. Divide the mixture into 8 equal compact balls. Flatten them to make patties
  7. Make a small hole in the center of each patty so as not to puff while grilling.
  8. Grease the grates of the grill. Place the burgers on the grill until they are browned on both sides.
  9. If you like, toast the buns on the cooler side of the grill.

Notes:

  • If you want to freeze these burgers, don’t cook them and place them in a zip-top bag after you freeze them on a tray (to keep the patties form) for a maximum of 3 months.
  • Thaw the frozen burgers in the fridge overnight and grill them according to instructions above.
