Have you ever heard recipes with names that were literally true? Forget bread, it’s keto 2019, and we don’t require bread to make a tasty sandwich any longer! I hollowed a cucumber and put together a filling with deli-cut roast meat, turkey and pastrami, as well as provolone cheese, and a bit of the most delicious mayonnaise I’ve ever tasted throughout my lifetime.
