We can’t get enough of these delicious cookies in our home. They are a perfect dessert for the holidays and the sugared powdered tops always bring back memories of snow that is fresh! Make one or two batches of these cookies right now, and you’ll be amazed at how addictive they are.

INGREDIENTS

1 box of Devil’s food cake mix

1 8oz container cool whip, frozen

1 egg

1 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 cup sugar powdered

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In an enormous bowl, mix together cake mix eggs, cool whip and baking powder. The batter will be sticky.

Place the powdered sugar into an appropriate bowl. Then, drop the cookie batter by spoonfuls to the sugar. Form the dough into the shape of a ball.

Set the sugar-covered dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
